1. If a part has been damaged, please provide pictures showing the damage on the part, and let us know how the damage occurred. If a part is missing, let us know.
2. If a drum, base or door has been damaged, provide a picture which shows the calendar date of production of the part. This is located on the bottom of the part, symbolized by circles with ticks in them like a bicycle wheel with numbers around the edge.
